Meet Your Fitness Director, Catrina
A Pennsylvania native, Catrina started as a personal trainer at The Oaks at Boca Raton in 2006, and quickly became the Fitness/Spa Director due to her lifelong passion for health and fitness.
Aware of the hectic schedules that often times postpone a good workout, Watson understands the challenge of encouraging health and wellbeing to the residents at The Oaks. With their quality of life in mind, Watson offers education, knowledge and commitment with each fitness class that she instructs, ultimately providing a rewarding fitness plan complementary of an individual’s goals. Several popular programs Watson offers at The Oaks’ Fitness Club are: Aqua Aerobics; Zumba Dance; Power Pilates; Pilates Group Reformer; Silver Sneakers; Agility Clinic and Introduction to Personal Training.

Meet The Personal Trainers
Catrina Watson is the Fitness/Spa Director at The Oaks and has a lifelong passion for health and fitness. A Pennsylvania native who’s been on staff at The Oaks since 2006, Catrina offers education, knowledge and commitment with each fitness class that she instructs, ultimately providing a rewarding fitness plan that complements individual goals. Among the popular programs she offers at The Oaks are Aqua Aerobics, Zumba Dance, Power Pilates, and Silver Sneakers. Catrina also operates The Oaks Spa, focusing on skin care, massages and rejuvenation.
Kari Williams is an International Fitness Institute Certified Personal Trainer on staff at The Oaks. She is also a nationally ranked NPL competitor with more than ten years of training experience in training. Kari’s competitive accomplishments include 2009 NPC Nationals placing 2nd in figure and 3rd in the overall masters, and 2009 Natural Bodybuilding Champion where she took 1st place as a middleweight and was overall champion. At The Oaks, Kari’s specialties include general fitness, weight loss, muscle gain, strength training, contest preparation, and performance nutrition.
Curtis Martinelli is a Certified Personal Trainer and Spin Instructor on staff at The Oaks who takes fitness personally. As a child he struggled with his own weight issues and knows first-hand how hard it can be to implement a fitness plan into a busy lifestyle. At The Oaks, Curtis specializes in one-on-one training, couples training, introduction to spin class, intermediate to advanced private spin class, boot camp, and cardio and weight combination training. He’s also a wonderful motivator.
Trey Copeland is a Certified Personal Trainer who has been on staff at The Oaks for more than five years. His passion for fitness began with power lifting as a young athlete, and continued with playing football at Clemson University. Trey is certified in kettle bell training and specializes in weight training, weight management, body sculpting, and interval training. Trey’s enormous success at The Oaks is due to the impact he has made on numerous members in assisting them to make fitness a part of their everyday lifestyle.
