Resort style living at this exciting new community centers
around the spacious Santa Barbara-style Club at The Oaks, with
its concierge desk, spa and fitness center, tennis complex , informal
cafe, catering and party facilities, meeting rooms, card
rooms, fabulous resort-style pool and cabanas, and delightful
children's wing. The fully staffed
facility offers massage therapy and spa treatments
as well as state-of-the-art exercise equipment and a
variety of energy-boosting aerobics and yoga classes,
all designed to rejuvenate the mind and body.
The Club at the Oaks professional style tennis complex,
with twelve lighted courts, including a stadium court,
has its own on-site teaching staff and pro shop
featuring the latest in equipment and apparel. A year-round
schedule of tournaments, round-robins, and tennis-related
social events is planned. A separate recreation area
for children contains a delightful play area, home theatre
and full size basketball court.
As our community grows, so does our popular tennis program. To further accommodate our members, we’re pleased to introduce two exciting additions to our excellent professional staff. Introducing... David Best and Dean Hall. David and Dean join Director of Tennis Patrick Sheahan, Head Pro Kyle LaCroix and Pro Moe Bahrami as the newest members of The Club’s outstanding tennis program.
David comes to us from his most recent role as Director of Tennis at the Newport Bay Club where he was responsible for five ladies teams, four men’s teams and an active junior program. A graduate of Howard University where he played both singles and doubles, he has been ranked in the top 30 men’s singles in the Mid-Atlantic section.
Dean Hall’s most recent role was as a Captain in the US Air Force. Dean recently completed two tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan Dean has played in numerous professional tournaments and has served as a tennis pro at the South County Regional Tennis Center in Boca Raton, the Fort Walton Beach Tennis Center, and the Fairfax County Racket Club in Fairfax, VA.
